Our bulbs are warrantied for one year. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Always use 110 VAC power and a surge protector.

Warranty Exclusions:

Using an incorrect power supply such as DC

Failure to use a surge protector

Lightning

Failure to keep dry

Accidents such as dropping

Any other incorrect, irregular or unreasonable use

If a bulb fails during the warranty period and none of the above exclusions apply, please return the bulb. Please include a cover letter with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description of the problem. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

What We Will Do: The RWB Warranty Department will inspect the bulb at no charge to you. If the Warranty Department determines, in its sole discretion, that the bulb has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will replace it within approximately two weeks. If an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a comparable bulb at our discretion.
